Don Griffith
Mr. Griffith is the Chairman of DataTech Management, a company he co-founded in 1998. He also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Los Angeles-based GrandPoint Capital, Inc., and served as Chairman and CEO of First Coastal Bank prior to its sale to Citizens Business Bank. Before joining First Coastal, he was the Founder and Chairman of Peninsula National Bank, which acquired Palos Verdes National Bank in 1993 and purchased Bay Cities National Bank in 1995. From 1989 to 1993 he was the Founder and CEO of DM Griffith & Co., which worked exclusively under contract to Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Interstate Bancorp from 1984 to 1989.

Alfred Osborne, Jr. PH.D
Dr. Osborne is a Senior Associate Dean and an Associate Professor of Global
Economics and Management in The UCLA Anderson School of Management; and is
a Founder and Faculty Director of The Harold & Pauline Price Center for
Entrepreneurial Studies. He has also served as an Assistant Dean, Director
of the MBA Program, and Chairman of the Business Economics Faculty group
at UCLA. Dr. Osborne serves as a Director of Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, The
Heckmann Corporation, and First Pacific Advisors. He was a director of
EMAK WORLDWIDE, Inc., Nordstrom, K2, First Interstate Bank, Times Mirror
Company, Greyhound Lines and United States Filter among others. Dr. Osborne is an
advisor to InnoCal Ventures, Rustic Canyon Group, RBC Capital Partners,
and was formerly a Trustee of the WM Group of Funds, and an independent
general partner of Technology Funding Venture Partners V.

Rockwell A. Schnabel
Rockwell A. Schnabel served as the U.S. Ambassador to the European Union from 2001 to 2005. He previously served in the US Department of Commerce as Deputy Secretary and then as Acting Secretary in the administration of George H. W. Bush, and as US Ambassador to Finland in the administration of Ronald Reagan. One of the founding partners of Trident Capital, a California based venture capital firm, Schnabel was formerly President of the brokerage firm Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards, Inc. (now Wachovia Bank). He has authored The Next Superpower? The Rise of Europe and its Challenge to the United States, an insider’s view of the relationship between the European Union and United States. Ambassador Schnabel was born in the Netherlands where he attended Trinity College, and holds an Honorary Doctorate of Law from Pepperdine University. His current corporate board memberships include Outsource Partners International (India), Flextronics International, Ltd. (Singapore), Lhoist Group (Belgium), and he is a member of the Board of Councilors of the USC Annenberg School for Communication.

Edward Wedbush
Mr. Wedbush has been the President and CEO of Wedbush Morgan Securities, member NYSE, since its founding in 1957. Mr. Wedbush is also the Chairman and Founder of WEDBUSH. Mr. Wedbush's prior experience and affiliations include: Member, Board of Directors of the Securities Industry Association; Chairman, NYSE Regional Firms Advisory Committee to the Board of Directors; Chairman, Board of Directors of The Pacific Stock Exchange; and Member, Board of Trustees, University of Cincinnati Foundation.

Bertram Zweig
Mr. Zweig is counsel at Kaye Scholer. Previously, he was a partner in the Los Angeles Office of Jones Day Reavis & Pogue, where he is the Administrative Partner. He graduated from University of Pennsylvania (A.B. 1956) and Columbia Law School (J.D. 1962). Mr. Zweig's law practice is concentrated in the Technology Issues Practice and business and securities laws, Mr. Zweig is an adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Law School.
